What are the different pricing plans available for Promotal MedConnect?
The MedConnect software subscription starts at $195/month per system (up to 5 user accounts), including maintenance and updates. Hardware — kit, cart, or backpack — starts from $3,900. MedConnect is built for US health systems and IDNs, FQHCs and rural health clinics, critical-access hospitals, and skilled-nursing and long-term-care facilities. In the US, remote-monitoring programs may be eligible for Medicare reimbursement (RPM CPT codes 99453, 99454, 99457 and 99458) — we'll help you structure a program that qualifies. Do you offer training or technical support for new Medconnect users?
Yes. Every deployment includes on-site clinical team training, technical support with a guaranteed 4-hour response time for critical incidents, and automatic software updates via the MedConnect Hub. A follow-up training session is available 3 months post-deployment. Our team includes clinical deployment specialists for multi-site and international programs.
How can I assess whether Promotal MedConnect is right for my facility?
We offer a free, personalized 45-minute demo (remote or on-site), followed by a free trial with full platform access. The evaluation deployment is operational within 48 hours. Is the diagnostic equipment included in the Medconnect software subscription?
Software and hardware are offered separately for maximum flexibility. The software subscription alone ($195/month) includes the video platform, patient records, AI medical scribe, and billing integration. Equipment — 12-lead ECG, connected stethoscope, blood pressure monitor, oximeter, dermatoscope — is added according to your clinical use cases and specialties. Bundled offers (software + CE-certified hardware) are available with volume pricing for multi-site deployments.
Are there additional costs for integrating Medconnect with other IT systems?
MedConnect integrates natively and at no extra cost with Omnidoc (tele-expertise), and CE-certified medical devices (Welch Allyn, MIR, Schiller, Riester, Cardioline, EDAN) via standard protocols — no middleware required. Shared medical record (DMP) connectivity is available. For specific integrations (practice management software, hospital information systems, HL7 FHIR), a custom quote is provided based on your existing systems.
Is the Medconnect platform compliant with data security and privacy standards?
Yes. MedConnect is ISO 27001:2022 certified and HIPAA compliant, with medical hardware CE-certified under MDR 2017/745. Data is hosted in-region — US customer data stays in the US, EU data on HDS-certified infrastructure in France — and on-premise deployment is available for full data sovereignty. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for US covered entities.
