In the US, remote-monitoring programs may be eligible for Medicare reimbursement (RPM CPT codes 99453, 99454, 99457 and 99458) — we'll help you structure a program that qualifies. Yes. Every deployment includes on-site clinical team training, technical support with a guaranteed 4-hour response time for critical incidents, and automatic software updates via the MedConnect Hub. MedConnect integrates natively and at no extra cost with Omnidoc (tele-expertise), and CE-certified medical devices (Welch Allyn, MIR, Schiller, Riester, Cardioline, EDAN) via standard protocols — no middleware required. Shared medical record (DMP) connectivity is available. For specific integrations (practice management software, hospital information systems, HL7 FHIR), a custom quote is provided based on your existing systems.

Yes. MedConnect is ISO 27001:2022 certified and HIPAA compliant, with medical hardware CE-certified under MDR 2017/745. Data is hosted in-region — US customer data stays in the US, EU data on HDS-certified infrastructure in France — and on-premise deployment is available for full data sovereignty. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for US covered entities.
