Yes. This device is natively integrated with the MedConnect software platform: its data (signal, image, measurements) is streamed in real time to the remote physician, with zero manual entry. Yes. Every order includes an initial training session (remote or on-site depending on format) and access to technical support 6 days a week. Preventive maintenance and software updates are covered by the platform subscription. A hardware warranty applies to all our devices.
