Yes. This device is natively integrated with the MedConnect software platform: its data (signal, image, measurements) is streamed in real time to the remote physician, with zero manual entry. It can be used inside a telemedicine case, a cart, a backpack or as a standalone unit in an equipped clinic.

Standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks after order confirmation. Each device is tested and configured in France before shipping. On-site installation and onboarding (network setup, platform pairing, user training) takes less than 30 minutes.

Yes. Every order includes an initial training session (remote or on-site depending on format) and access to technical support 6 days a week. Preventive maintenance and software updates are covered by the platform subscription. A hardware warranty applies to all our devices.

Yes. All our equipment is CE-marked and compliant with European medical device directives. The software platform is hosted by a certified Health Data Host (HDS), GDPR and ISO 27001 compliant. Our equipment is designed and assembled in France by Groupe Eloi (97 years of medical equipment expertise).
